Abstract

Acute paraproctitis is one of the most prevalent disorders in emergency proctology, with a prevalence that, according to our data, ranks first in the hierarchy of proctological diseases.  The most complicated type of purulent inflammatory disease is acute paraproctitis.  According to the literature, individuals with acute paraproctitis account for 0.5-4% of those with general surgical pathology and 20-40% of those with proctological disease structure.  The growing number of these individuals, along with a surge in microbial resistance, necessitates the development of more effective therapies.
