Abstract

Certain results have been achieved in the implementation of the principles of the concept of lifelong learning in the organization and management of the educational process when introducing a new model of professional training in the system of lifelong professional education in Uzbekistan. At the same time, the process of successful implementation of the principles of lifelong learning in practice determines the relevance of scientific research focused on the problems of harmonization of priority tasks implemented in the field of lifelong professional education in our country. This article presents the criteria for its application, suggestions and recommendations aimed at solving problems.

In particular, the creative and intellectual potential of human resources affects the efficiency of the development of a knowledge-intensive economy. At the same time, workers or specialists working in each area must have new end-to-end competencies to solve the problems of modern development. The level of complexity of the services they provide and the formation of new requirements create a need for their qualifications, flexibility, and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills.

The article reflects the improvement of the process of relations between professional educational institutions and the labor market, the emergence of new requirements for personnel, specific features and priorities of the need for continuous education.
