Abstract

In this article, since the years of independence, Uzbekistan has been paying great attention to regional security and inter-ethnic relations. The fact that Uzbekistan has the largest population in the region and borders all the countries of the region shows that it has a high geopolitical position and role in the region .

From the historical point of view, Uzbekistan forms the historical-political conglomerate of the present Central Asia. Historical cities-towns of Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shahrisabz, Termiz, Tashkent, Ko-Kon, Andijan and others were administrative-political and financial-trade centers of the Central Asian region. Great personalities, scientists, generals and the foundations of great statesmanship developed in these cities show that Uzbekistan is the crown of historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of the region. In addition to determining the prestige, strength and potential of Uzbekistan, it was tried to reveal the ideas of preserving, managing and ensuring its peace, combining different nationalities, cultures and values.
