Abstract

The article expresses the importance of the development of professional values of the individual in the process of training educators in higher educational institutions, the definition of professional values in future specialists, the “professional value” in the organization of pedagogical training of a graduate of a modern higher educational institution , that is, the achievement of the student's activity not only in the field of Education.
