Abstract

Expansion of cellulose reserves in the republic, enrichment based on fibrous wastes of annual and perennial plants, as well as various industrial enterprises, including textile and light industrial enterprises, cotton ginning enterprises, is considered one of the urgent tasks of the industry today. In the production of cellulose and organic materials based on it, chemical processing of intermediate and secondary products released as a result of mechanical and chemical processing of the above-mentioned local raw materials as the main raw materials for industrial sectors is required.

The natron method was used for extracting cellulose based on kavra stem. This process is different from the previous analogue works and has an innovative approach in that in the production of paper and paper products, Hydrotichter and Roll mills were used. Below is a brief description of these devices.
