Abstract

Chemotherapy is a treatment. And, like any treatment, it has side effects. They come from any medication, they come after surgery. Chemotherapy itself also varies depending on the purpose. The main mechanism of action of chemotherapy drugs is the effect on the mechanism of cell division. Cancer cells divide very quickly, therefore, by influencing cell division, we stop tumor growth Today, Russia, like Europe and the United States, is moving towards the standards of evidence-based medicine. In this system, all evidence is evaluated on a certain scale. And least of all trust - arguments from the series "Professor Ivanov (or Professor Smith) said." A more serious level of arguments is meta-analyses, that is, the combination of several small studies already conducted into one, when their results are added and considered together.
